Jai Sakhi Baba. Sindhu Darshan Yatra 2015 Program Details
A delegation of 40 people under the divine umbrella of @Sai Mohan Lal from all over India representing Shiv Shanti Sant Asudaram Ashram & Sindh Welfare Society Lucknow are heading for Sindhu Darshan Yatra from 20th June to 27th June 2015. Detailed Program is given below.

Day Wise itinerary as below:
20 June: Arrival at Srinagar
On arrival in Srinagar, our driver will pick you up from airport and later check in at the house boat
Maximum 9 persons in a house boat with triple occupancy in a single room.
Evening is free to visit local market and Dal lake. Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat
21 June: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Drass – Kargil (203 km)
After breakfast, drive to Kargil via ‘Sonamarg’ hill-station crossing over the world famous Zoji La pass. Along the way, you can visit Drass Village (popularly known as the second coldest inhabited place in the world) where you can enjoy magnificent views of the famous Kargil War peaks ‘Tiger Hill’ and ‘Tololing’. Stop for a quick tea break at ‘Vijay Smarak’ where you can pay tribute to all the soldiers who laid their lives in the 1999 Kargil War before your overnight stay in Kargil hotel.
22 June: Kargil – Lamayuru – Magnetic Hill – Pathar Sahib – Indus Valley – Leh (230 KM)
An early morning departure begins with a visit to the giant Buddha sculpture on Rock Mountain. Proceed to Lamayuru where you can take in the sights of the local gompa and the fairy-tale like ‘moonland territory’ which surrounds the area. Stop for some magic photos at the intersection of the Zangskar and Indus rivers at Sangham and take a short pit stop at the mysterious Magnetic Hill which allows you to experience reverse gravity in action. Visiting the Sikh temple ‘Pathar Sahib’ and the ‘Hall of Fame’ war museum before your arrival just in time for dinner in Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.
23, 24 June: Sindu Darshan Festival
SinduDarshan Festival is an annual festival that is celebrated on the banks of river Sindhu. The festival celebration goes on for three days in Ladakh and shows the Indus River as an example of communal harmony and peace in India. The festival is one of the major events in Ladakh and invites a large number of tourists from different parts of the world. Our driver will transfer you from your Leh based accommodation to the festival each day and return you to Leh each afternoon at the end of the days programming. Specific program details will be advised by the Ladakh Tourism Association closer to the festival dates.
25 June: Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh
An early start with a scenic trip to the magnificent Pangong Lake. A must see destination for your time in Ladakh which
has been made famous by the ‘Three Idiots’ movie, more than half of the lake separates India from China.
The appearance of the water changes colour at every angle of the sun and makes for some amazing photographs so don’t forget your camera (and spare batteries!). Return to Leh in the evening in time for dinner and overnight stay.
26 June: Sindu Darshan Festival Closing ceremony
Today you will join closing ceremony of festival. Later evening is free to visit Changspa market and other Tibetan market for Shoping.
Dinner and overnight stay.
27 June: Departure
Our driver will transfer you directly to the airport in time for your early morning flight back to Delhi.
